90-95 ZR1 Silicone Air Intake Duct

1990-1995 ZR-1 LT5 silicone air inlet duct. Developed for higher capacity air flow and to not collapse under hot, wide open throttle conditions as the stock accordion air duct is prone to do.

NOTE: The air duct is purposely sized to be slightly longer than the stock air duct. We recommend that it be fully installed with the air horn end correctly located with the clamp fully tightened to hold it securely in position. The duct & clamp will clear the AC Compressor clutch when the clamp is fully tightened. Then install the filter housing and position the clamp to its final position. If the duct appearance is too long, simply mark a line parallel to the clamp at the distance needed for trimming reference. Remove the duct and simply trim the excess away with a sharp blade and re-install. We recommend the use of stainless clamps. The stock clamps are not large enough or strong enough for the silicone duct. "Jerrys Gaskets" branding can be turned to the underside if preferred, during installation.
