Zip's exclusive kit also includes new polyurethane bushings & spring end bolts (a much easier install than reusing your OE bolts) for the front suspension. The poly bushings have been specifically designed to protect your C5 Corvette's aluminum lower control arm. For the rear of your C5 Corvette - our lowering kit includes longer spring bolts that can be used with your factory rubber cushions.

When lowering your Corvette often times the ride become harsh because the factory shocks were not designed for the lower stance. Zip recommends converting to a QA1 shock, which has a shorter shock body allowing the Corvette to ride within the dampening of the shock absorber. Plus, QA1 shocks allow for adjustable dampening with either single or double adjustable valve body.
