Tri-Layer Fabric System

• The outermost layer is the first line of defense against rocks, gravel and road debris. It consists of the highest quality marine grade vinyl, featuring UV protection for colorfastness, is rot resistant to prevent molding, cracking or splitting, and most importantlyit breathes.
• The middle layer wicks moisture away from the paint surface, and disperses it through the outer breathable layer. This protects the paint finish by preventing the entrapment of superheated moisture.
• The innermost layer pampers paint surfaces with a cotton chamois felt that is a full 2 ounces of cushion between your paint and the road. What makes this layer most unique is that as an independent layer, we can cover all the interior seams. It is not just a flocked backing.

Installation & Fastening

• Non-metallic fastening systems use no metal bending tabs. No drilling or modification is required for Corvette installation.
• The FasTrak bracket is a model-specific system that is installed once, within the wheel well, using existing vehicle hardware. It creates a lip or edge, to which the Speed Lingerie can be installed and removed.
• A black, plastic strip, custom molded to fit the length of the FasTrak bracket, called QuiKlip, is sewn into both edges of the Speed Lingerie. The QuiKlip clips onto the FasTrak for a quick, secure, and smooth connection.

Removable License Plate

• Speed Lingerie offers an ingenious, attractive solution for front license plate requirements. The"Removable License Pocket" has a clear front, a zipper at the bottom edge and snaps on the back, near the top edge. Simply slip your license plate into the pocket and attach to the mask.

Note: Chevrolet introduced the Performance Data Recorder (Camera) to the front end on many 2LT and 3LT Corvettes. Specify if your Corvette is equipped with the front cameras when ordering. Speed Lingerie features openings to accommodate a clear view for the camera system.
