68-76 Power Booster to Master Cylinder Pin Adjustment Tool
The problem with installation is making sure the booster pin is properly adjusted to apply to correct amount of pressure/throw on the master cylinder piston. If the adjustment is off the master cylinder will not perform as designed. But the problem is there is no way confirm the proper adjustment on the booster without being either a mathematician, or completely lucky. This tool makes a complicated task simple.
The new brake booster adjustment tool first pre-fits the master cylinder rod into the master cylinder at the proper depth to fit nicely into the piston. Then with the rod secured in the tool, now you can fit the tool up to the booster and make the proper booster adjustment to correctly align with the master cylinder rod. Now, without a doubt, the adjustment is perfect and ready for the master cylinder to be installed. And now you can get on with other pressing and more enjoyable matters.
