New replacement brake master cylinder for 1977-1982 Corvette with power brakes. Manufactured to meet or exceed factory specifications and performance with precision fit, finish and functionality. Features 1 1/8" bore and reproduction Delco reservoir cap. Does not include Delco Moraine part number or stampings.
Note: 1977-1982 Corvettes did not utilize brake fluid bleeder valves. See Zip # DB-696 for a 100% correct master cylinder with original style casting numbers.
Note: Zip does not recommend using Dot 5 brake fluid. Dot 5 silicone brake fluid will void the warranty (1-year warranty) as changes in chemistry involved in production of silicone brake fluid may have adverse effects on the rubber components including piston seals and o-rings.
