Original 1974-1982 Corvette's came from the factory with keyed alike door locks, rear storage compartment and spare tire locks. Often times when these locks are changed, replacement locks are used that do not have matching keys. Now you no longer need to have a pocket full of keys! Zip Corvette can help return your Corvette to its original condition with locks that are keyed alike.
Zip's new reproduction 1978-1979 Corvette rear storage compartment, glove box, door locks and spare tire lock are keyed alike. The door locks include correct pawls, pawl retainers and lock cylinder retainer. Spare tire locks are new reproductions with the large key cap and large drain hole. An original GM "round" or "oval" key is included with the "knock-outs". All locks use the same round key as original. Set includes one door lock for use with the alarm electrical switch.
