Replacement C4 Corvette headlight motor gears are available (made of improved materials), or, for a more durable fix install heavy duty bronze gears instead. 1984-1987 Corvette motors include one large gear and one small gear; when replacing gears with bronze, both-size gears should be replaced at the same time. Headlight motor gear set includes both the small and large gear for a single headlight motor. Per side.
