New reproduction fuel tank sender or meter for 1988 Corvette. Sending unit mounts in the top of gas tank and provides fuel fill, pick-up, electric pump and meter for fuel gauge indicator. All sending units are completely assembled and include original style GM green strainers, correct electric fuel pumps, mounting gasket or seal and accurate floats that will provide proper gauge readings for years to come.
Note: Fuel sending units from Zip Corvette feature the latest in technology including updated resistors that are compliant with the all fuels including E85 alcohol/fuel mixture.

Almost no effort. Either snap on or plug and play. Probably no tools involved.
Simple installation with common tools. Probably less than 20 minutes for installation. Easy enough for
anyone who can read and follow instructions. A good first project for someone with no experience. Hard
to mess up.
A little mechanical experience is helpful but not necessary. Possibly a good first project for those with
a little more confidence. Will probably take more time (20-60 minutes) than #2.
Mechanical experience a definite plus. Not a good first project for the inexperienced. Most likely a 2-3
hour job minimum.
Only for the experienced wrench. Most likely requires good tool collection, possibly special tools and
a fair amount of experience. 95% of people will choose to have this installed by Zip or a professional.
