New 1985-1996 Corvette Dana 44 differential front yoke. Mounts to front of pinion gear on differential and retains the driveshaft u-joint. Fits all 1985-1996 Corvettes with Dana 44 rear end. Corvette with manual transmissions came from the factory with heavy duty D44 rear ends.
DIfferential front yokes were not designed to be taken off and re-installed without changing the pinion crush sleeve. When torqued - the crush sleeve provides the tension or force between the two bearings required for the correct rolling torque setup on the differential. Zip recommends replacing the crush sleeve when installing a new front pinion flange.
Zip also offers complete rebuild kits including all bearings, seals and shims to properly rebuild your Corvette's rear differential.
