2014-2019 ACS Zero7 Extractor Hood (Carbon Fiber)

The Zero7 carbon hood is a lightweight, rigid, 100% aerospace-grade carbon fiber hood - a true paragon of modern design and technology. ACS designed it to highlight the Corvette Stingray's style and performance. The extractor hood includes a true waterfall feature that drops into the Corvette's factory radiator ductwork. An ABS plastic octagonal mesh grille insert protects the ductwork. The additional 30 mm taller center section and longer cowl not only add engine clearance (for a potential top-mounted supercharger) but also give your Corvette an aggressive look that will make it stand tall on the show field.

ACS's carbon fiber hood is produced with 2x2 twill carbon fiber. Both the upper and lower sections are full carbon. Panels are then trimmed using a CNC robotic water jet for a clean, smooth cut on every part. The result is a better-fitting panel that reduces body shop installation and fitment time. Standard hoods are designed to be painted, but you can also choose an optional exposed carbon center section. Perfect for those who want to show the world their carbon styling.

ACS Corvette hoods feature OEM brackets mounted to the inner structure of the hood to ensure a ready-to-bolt-on part. ACS Corvette hoods also feature a reinforcement not found on aftermarket Corvette hoods but present on the stock hood: rear reinforcements for the hood bumpers and crash tabs. These brackets provide the reinforcement needed in a front-end collision to keep the hood from folding in half or coming through the windshield.
