20-25 Akrapovic C8 Titanium Exhaust System W/ Titanium Tips

Engineered for drivers who want enhanced performance and an unmistakable V8 soundtrack, the Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system delivers increased power, reduced weight, and a refined performance tone while maintaining everyday driving comfort. Manufactured from high-grade lightweight titanium, the system weighs over 47% less than the factory sport exhaust, significantly reducing overall exhaust mass. The design optimizes exhaust gas flow to improve engine efficiency while producing a deep V8 rumble at lower RPM that transitions into an aggressive, high-performance roar as engine speed increases. Visually, the system is finished with two sets of square titanium tailpipes featuring a durable black-coated interior, designed to resist scratches and maintain a premium appearance over time. The internal construction includes two crossover tubes of different diameters, increasing structural rigidity and enhancing the acoustic characteristics of the exhaust. These tubes are fully insulated to minimize heat transfer to surrounding vehicle components. Performance gains measured on the Akrapovic dyno show an increase of 3.4 kW (4.6 hp) at 5,250 RPM and 8.2 Nm of torque at 3,100 RPM when compared to a Corvette Stingray equipped with the factory sport exhaust system. For optimal performance, ECU recalibration is required, and this system is intended for use on racetracks and closed-course environments only. Optional link pipe sets—available with or without catalytic converters—can be installed to further upgrade the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system. Note: Factory exhaust valves must be reused during installation.
