1958-1962 Raingear Windshield Wiper Upgrade Kit (2-Speed Motor)
Our 1958-1962 Corvette windshield wiper upgrade kit includes everything needed except windshield wiper arms, blades, and the outer bezels or escutcheons (which must be ordered separately). Your original C1 Corvette wiper control knob fits the replacement switch, or a new reproduction can be purchased. The C1 Corvette wiper conversion kits use factory exterior parts, preserving the correct stock appearance inside and out. All components are made in the USA except for the electric motor.
To complete the installation, order wiper arms & blades, wiper arm spacers, and wiper switch knob. Complete step-by-step instructions are included to aid installation.
Note: The wiper system cannot be controlled by General Motors column-mounted wiper switches; you must use the included switch. Factory GM switches control the wiper motor via the ground wire, and these wiper conversion systems must be controlled by switching the positive wire.
