Original 1969-1982 Corvette rear storage compartment and spare tire locks were keyed alike from GM. Our new reproduction rear storage compartment and spare tire lock will allow you to keep Shark Corvette just as it came from the factory. Works perfectly if you've changed your Corvette ignition lock cylinder & door locks.
Reproduction rear storage lock includes the lock cylinder, case and stainless bezel. Zip's reproduction spare tire lock features the large key cap and large diameter drain hole as original for 1969 and later Corvettes. Both locks are keyed alike with the original style "knock-out" round GM key.
Note: This set is a companion to our 1969-1973 Concourse ignition and door locks sets. 1969-1973 Corvette utilize the same "square" key for ignition or doors and a different "round" key for the rear storage and spare tire lock. This set can also be used on 1974-1977 Corvette for owners who just want to replace the rear storage and spare tire lock with a set that is keyed alike.
