A worn or torn 1985-1989 Corvette EGR pipe heat shield makes a C4 Corvette's engine compartment look its worst. Installation of a fresh insulation wrap can be accomplished without removing the EGR pipe. Zip's Corvette EGR pipe insulation features a hook and loop fastener - simply cut-off the old insulation and re-install the new insulation by placing around the EGR pipe. Your C4 Corvette's engine will look new again.
Note: 1989 Corvettes could have either a 12" or 15" EGR Pipe - measure prior to ordering. This insulation measures 12" in length.
