1990-1991 Corvette knock sensor is screwed into your C4 Corvette's engine block or cylinder head and is used to detect engine knock or detonation. The information is relayed to the ECM/PCM (computer) and is used to fine tune ignition timing. A bad knock sensor can cause a faulty code to set and may also cause ignition timing to be skewed.
