The C6 Z06 & ZR1 Corvette exhaust system is 3" from the factory, yet it necks down to 2.5" as it enters the mufflers, reducing exhaust flow and robbing your Corvette of performance. The Billy Boat Bullet System is an entirely 3 inch, T-304 stainless steel system, using precision mandrel bends for uninterrupted flow and performance. In addition the system uses a small resonated muffler at the back of the system to reduce unwanted interior resonance.
The BBE Corvette exhaust system has a satin brush finish with a spectacular mirror finish on the tips that truly gives your Z06 or ZR1 Corvette the look, while the aggressive sound will have heads turning everywhere. Muffler tips are 4" double walled round polished stainless.
All BBE exhaust systems are precision built, completely TIG welded, and are a direct replacement for stock exhaust components including all hardware and gaskets.
