A simple job of installing polyurethane bushings can quickly turn into a nightmare when you realize the labor involved to re-use your C6 Corvette's original shafts and bushing sleeves. The time involved to burn/cut off the old bushings, clean the parts and then re-use can quickly take a job that should take 2-3 hours for installation and turn it into 4-6 hour day.
Zip's exclusive shaft & sleeve kit replaces all the aluminum components with new steel components for a quicker poly bushing install. Cutting at least 1/3rd off the labor to install poly bushings in your C6 Z06 or ZR1 Corvette. The combination of poly bushings & steel components are stronger and more responsive than stock, preparing your car for track days to come. 14 piece kit for rear suspension only. Fits 2006-2013 Z06 or ZR1 Corvette.

Almost no effort. Either snap on or plug and play. Probably no tools involved.
Simple installation with common tools. Probably less than 20 minutes for installation. Easy enough for
anyone who can read and follow instructions. A good first project for someone with no experience. Hard
to mess up.
A little mechanical experience is helpful but not necessary. Possibly a good first project for those with
a little more confidence. Will probably take more time (20-60 minutes) than #2.
Mechanical experience a definite plus. Not a good first project for the inexperienced. Most likely a 2-3
hour job minimum.
Only for the experienced wrench. Most likely requires good tool collection, possibly special tools and
a fair amount of experience. 95% of people will choose to have this installed by Zip or a professional.
