14-19 ACS Z06 Style Side Scoops
When GM debuted the 2015 Z06 Corvette - you just knew the Seventh Gen Stingray Corvette would have a newly designed set of rear brake air cooling ducts. Just enough of a design change to make some base model owners opt for a new Z06. But what if spending 100 grand isn't in the cards for a new Corvette. Count on the designers of Advanced Composite Specialties.
ACS 2014-2019 Corvette Z06 Style Lower Side Scoops are a bolt-on panel designed to emulate the factory Z06 lower brake intake scoop WITHOUT having to remove the factory rear quarter panel.
Manufactured in RTM composite the conversion kit is a bolt-on mod anyone can install; Simply set the supplied template, drill 3 holes in the lower rocker panel and bolt-on the Z06 style scoop. Detailed and accurate trim bezel is included. Fits both coupe and convertible C7 Corvette Stingrays.

Functional brake cooling ductwork can be added, extra trimming may be required for ductwork. See Zip # DB-1222, DB-1223, DB-1224 or DB-1225 depending on application. These factory ducts will not only make this upgrade aesthetically pleasing - but you'll have added functionality by providing Z51 and/or Z06 style cooling to your rear brake calipers.

ACS's C7 Corvette body panels are manufactured using RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) technology, which creates an OEM quality Corvette part. Fiberglass is injected into a mold and then compressed under high pressure. This manufacturing method creates a panel that is smooth on both sides with a consistent thickness across the entire surface. The controlled fiberglass/resin composition of RTM, reduces cure times and eliminates the possibility of "wet" parts being removed from the mold prematurely. All of which is impossible with the standard hand laid process. Panels are then trimmed using a CNC robotic water jet for a clean, smooth cut on every part. The result is a better fitting panel, reducing body shop installation and fitment times.
