If your Corvette hesitates, has a tip in surge, engine pinging, the torque converter locks up, or the check engine light comes on, it could be a failure in the throttle. Throttle position sensors monitor the throttle opening for the computer toadjust the flow. Be sure to maintain them with inspections for proper operation and adjust voltages when necessary. Check for corrosion on connectors.
Be sure you are replacing the correct part. Always refer to factory service manuals when diagnosing electrical service problems. You can damage these parts if you do not follow the proper procedures. Electrical components are non-returnable parts.
