aFe Power is excited to release their new 2020-2023 C8 LT2 Corvette Tri-Y header system. The Tri-Y design allows for optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance. Constructed of 1-7/8", 2-1/8" and 2-3/4? mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Performance gains through aFe's in house dyno have shown +24hp and +17lbs of torque.
Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, aFe has designed these C8 Corvette headers for a custom, high tolerance factory fitment. Laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges provide a secure leak-free seal. TIG Welded inlet ports for strength and eliminate flange warpage while improving exhaust flow. Manifold bolts and factory gaskets provide for a direct bolt-on system with no cutting or modifications required.
aFe's 2020-2023 Corvette shorty headers retain all factory sensors, compatible with the factory catalytic converters for a hassle-free installation. Includes auxiliary O2 bung and plug for a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation.
