Original style 1970-1982 Corvette trailing arm shim kit - shims feature holes and slots as originally used on the 1970 and later Corvettes. 24 stainless steel shims designed to provide correct align the rear tires in your Corvette. Kit includes (8) 1/8", (8) 1/16", (4) 1/32" and (4) 1/64" shims. Includes cotter pins to complete installation.
For ease of assembly, 1970 and later Corvette shims featured a slot which allowed them to be installed or removed when aligning the Corvette WITHOUT having to remove the trailing arm mount bolt. If you're looking to make your next alignment job quicker, easier or cheaper - then consider these later design trailing arm shims for installation.
Note: Zip offers stainless steel shims for those restoring and maintaining their Corvettes. Stainless steel shims will not rust and allow for better alignments as the shims maintain their integrity over a longer period of time.
