Rebuild your own 1964-1971 Corvette T.I. amplifier with this drop in module. Module fits inside the stock housing and does not require any changes to the wiring, giving you state-of-the-art ignition technology with an absolutely stock appearance. The new module creates twice the coil primary voltage of the stock unit for up to 10% more secondary available voltage with the stock T.I. coil, and output protection is increased against failure caused by broken or disconnected spark plug wires. Quality construction resists vibration, moisture and corrosion.
Newly redesigned circuit board with silicon transistors provides instant starts, hot or cold - compensating for a "weak magnet" and gives you FULL spark at low crank RPMs. Raised maximum voltage to over 25,000 volts - performance up to 9,000 rpm, guaranteed! Built-in multi-spark firing means you get maximum performance without going to the "red box" ignition systems.
Easy installation. Simply remove back plate from original housing, unplug harness from old circuit board, remove the 3 screws holding the board. Thoroughly clean the inside of housing, install new module, backplate and use dielectric grease on rubber to insure proper seal. It's just that easy.
