Originally deemed "80/20", this premium low loop design carpet was originally installed on all 1965-1967 Corvettes. All later mid-year carpet sets were molded to provide precise fitment in the front floor panels, rear wheel wells and rear transmission tunnel. All other pieces are precision cut for correct installation. Your 1965-1967 Corvette carpet set will provide the fit and finish that you expect for your Corvette restoration.
Features include correct carpet density, factory original colors, dimmer switch grommet, and heel pad as originally installed. Correct fitment for 1965 Corvette coupe - full carpet set including front foot wells, kick panels, rear luggage stop, jack cover board, rear floor panel & bulkhead and rear wheel wells. To complete the installation of your mid-year's Corvette carpet set, consider purchasing the factory style "jute padding" or carpet underlayment set. This will complete your carpet install to factory specifications. In an effort to reduce interior heat generated from the floor pan, consider a ceramic cloth heat barrier kit which can reduce temperatures by 50%.
