Correct reproduction 1967 Corvette master cylinder. Features # 5455509 cast into the master cylinder housing and the correct reservoir cap with "Service with Delco Parts & Use Delco Brake Fluid" stampings. Original 1" bore and dual bleeders was used on all 1967 Corvettes except J56 brake option. Includes original style "DC" stamped on front pad.
These GM licensed Delco master cylinders are reproduced to exact specifications. Direct replacement for your 1967-1982 Corvette and truly worthy of any quality Corvette restoration. No longer will Corvette owners need to search swap meets for original master cylinders and then go through the process of having them restored in order to make their Corvette meet judging criteria.
Note: Zip does not recommend using Dot 5 brake fluid. Dot 5 silicone brake fluid will void the warranty (1-year warranty) as changes in chemistry involved in production of silicone brake fluid may have adverse effects on the rubber components including piston seals and o-rings.
