These headlight clear covers have been cut on the large size to accommodate the different size headlamp door openings in C3 Corvettes.You may need to use a sanding block with #80 sandpaper, and sand the edges to get the cover to fit the particular opening. To get a nice straight line, tape off the cover and sand to the tape line
