95-96 Petris Opti-Spark Distributor Assembly

1992-1996 C4 Corvettes are synonymous with distributor and ignition issues. Leaky water pumps have often been found to be the issue when it comes with opti-spark troubles. However, substandard aftermarket distributors have caused their own issues when it comes to trouble-free ignition; couple that with labor cost for an opti-spark install and you have an expensive project if or when the distributor fails. Maybe now you understand the reason for a hand assembled, bench tested opti-spark unit that will surpass your expectations for reliable and trouble-free ignition.

The 1995-1996 Corvette Petris Opti-Spark Distributor is hand assembled with parts that are equal to or greater than the original GM Opti-Spark.

• Each unit is equipped with a MITSUBISHI-GRADE OPTICAL SENSOR MODULE. Our optical sensor is built using components that are equal to or higher quality than the original equipment optical sensor found in factory-supplied distributors.
• Distributor caps include brass terminals and high voltage straps. For longevity over the distributors life, each assembly is fitted with a vacuum ventilation hose assembly with check valve and restrictor.
• Brass tipped rotor of each unit is secured with Loctite, assembled, and then tested for leakage.

Complete unit includes all parts for installation of the vacuum hose and detailed instructions and new electrical harness.
