The early BOSE speakers in C5 Corvettes tends to literally come apart after a couple of years of hard use, delaminating causing a rattle in the speaker. In addition, all 1997-2004 small speakers tend to wear out due to heavy bass over time, causing more speakers that rattle when turned up.
Zip Corvette has available a new front, woofer and rear speakers without the GM cost. Repair your C5 Corvette's sound system with an improved Bose component and keep those extra dollars in your pocket.
