The BlackHeart line of Hooker headers is engineered to provide maximum exhaust velocity, style, performance, and quality. Correct fitment for 2005-2013 LS2 and LS3 Corvettes.
All BlackHeart headers are constructed of lightweight 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel with high flow, long transition collectors featuring merge spears for maximum flow and increased exhaust velocity. 3/8" thick laser cut flanges provide maximum sealing surface for a leak-free seal and ultimate strength. The primary tubes are designed for optimum flow and maximum engine component clearance providing the perfect combination of performance and fit.
2005-2013 Hooker Blackheart Stainless Shorty Header features include:
- Max gains of 15.4 HP and 14.4 lb. ft. Torque
- Constructed of 1 3/4" diameter mandrel-bent, 18-gauge 304SS tuned length primary tubes
- 3/8" thick 304SS flanges for durability & large sealing surface
- Utilizes true mitered merge collectors designed to maximize exhaust velocity and scavenging resulting in a broad torque curve
- Retains factory catalytic converters
