Upgrade your 1963-1964 Corvette's brake system to the later (1965-1967) dual master cylinder without sacrificing styling or damage to your Corvette's hood. This new fiberglass insert allows you to modify your 1963-1964 Corvette's original hood, providing the additional clearance required for the dual master cylinder and power brake booster conversion. The fiberglass insert was designed from and will emulate a 1965-1967 Corvette hood.
To install, using the insert as a guide, mark off the area on your hood and cut away the insert area. Bond the insert in place and patch up the seam with minor glass work. You are now ready to paint the underside of the hood. Fiberglass is hand laid.
