Exact reproduction 1963-1964 Early Corvette Harrison expansion tanks are correctly dated for your Corvette restoration. Includes original style pressed-in tubes. Produced from original tooling and licensed by GM.

Features GM # 3155416, filing instructions and tank production date. Most common dates, as Harrison tanks were run in batches and dated, were J (September), M (December) or C (March).

Specify serial number when ordering for correct date code. Corvette expansion tanks are date coded based on a production of 1-3 months prior to the assembly date of your Corvette. Made in USA.

Note: Original 1961-1964 Early Corvettes expansion tanks came with pressed-in tubes. The tubes became an issue as wrestling with heater hose connections would often break loose the connection and cause the tank to leak. GM fixed this problem with their 1964 Corvette late design and all service tanks. All tanks are pressure tested prior to shipping - it's the responsibility of the customer for correct hose installation to ensure the pressed-in tubes do not become damaged. To eliminate leakage problems and provide a worry-free installation, Zip's replacement tanks feature welded tubes.
