These 1964-1967 Reproduction Corvette Mufflers have a 2-1/2" inlet with a 2 " outlet. GM stock mufflers originally had a 2" outlet, and the exhaust extension is also 2". Corvette Central mufflers are just like the facotry did it.
Exhaustsystem components are made from 14 gauge (.070) aluminized pipe.
Original factory exhaust systems came on the car with the secondary pipe welded to the muffler. We offer systems both with the welded mufflers and with the muffler pipeseparate. Note: This system is not to be confused with the O.E.M. high performance off road exhaust system which also came as a welded secondary pipe and muffler assembly.
