64 Gas Tank Overflow Hose, Spring & Nipple Kit

Zip has assembled a complete kit to replace your 1963-1964 Corvette's missing fuel system overflow hose. Includes correct thin wall overflow hose with raised ribs, support spring, tank neck boot nipple and correct colored strap. Everything you need to correctly drain your C2 Corvette's fuel filler neck boot of gas when overfilled.

Installation Tip: Use an 18-inch long, 1/4-in drive extension to easy to get that push the spring into the hose to the correct spot. Slip the spring over the extension, then spray with pure silicone. It will be easy to push the spring all the way into the hose using the extension as a pilot. Once the spring is inside the end of the hose, pull the extension out, turn it around and use its large end to push the spring to the correct spot in the hose which is located where the hose curves to confirm to the top, rear corner of the fuel tank.
