Deluxe Water Pump Rebuild Kit includes:

• Water Pump to Block Gaskets
• Water Pump Shaft, Bearing, Ceramic Seal & Front Hub
• Water Pump Impeller
• Water Pump Backplate (Stamped), Backplate Gasket & Mount Hardware

Note: Requires the use of a small shop press to complete rebuild. Parts will not interchange with original internal parts - to rebuild the water pump you must use all the parts in the kit as they are designed to work together. Includes stamped steel impeller rather than the original style cast iron impeller for improved cooling system performance.

Note: Zip's water pump rebuild kit is designed for "short" water pumps found on Corvettes. Includes proper flange for 1965 396 big block water pumps feature a 5/8" pulley hub shaft. Flange includes both large and small diameter bolt hole patterns depending on application and pulley. 1965 396 Corvette water pump rebuild kits include 1/4-20 slotted machine screws for backplate attachment as original.
