1963-1967 Corvette exhaust systems are precision fabricated of .070 14-gauge aluminized tubing for long life and exact fit. 1966-1967 427 Automatic transmission 2 1/2" 4-piece exhaust pipe set includes the header and secondary pipe connecting from exhaust manifold to muffler. Header pipe includes pre-installed donut sleeve and donut gasket. 2 1/2" exhaust pipes feature "flat" spots for clearance and floor board heat protection as applicable.
To complete your installation, Zip recommends Corvette exhaust hangers, clamps and flanges. Often time exhaust hangers are damaged or completely broken from years of use and reuse. For a complete exhaust system upgrade, Zip has both 4-piece pipe sets with aluminized mufflers or our "welded" exhaust systems designed to emulated the factory OEM exhaust.
