C3 Corvette door handles often loose their appearance as the original door handle flap spring weakens and the flaps "fall" to an unsightly position. To correctly fix the entire door handle must be removed and replaced, however a quicker alternative is available from Zip Corvette. Our 1968-1982 Corvette door handle "flat" spring will hold the flap up without taking handle off the car. Simply press together the ends of the spring, hold the flap in the down position and insert the new "flat" spring over the existing coil spring. Sold individually.
