APR's C5 Corvette front air dams integrate with the factory front bumper to help reduce lift, increase front-end stability and improve high speed corning grip. Aerodynamically tuning the handling on the front of your Corvette. The aerodynamic front splitter design creates a high-pressure region of air atop the protruding surface, further reducing lift and increasing net downforce. Made of lightweight and durable carbon composites. Underbody components such as front air dams, undertrays, and rear diffusers are essential for maximizing aerodynamic performance.
APR Construction - Components are formed in the autoclave at high temperatures using pre-pregnated carbon fiber manufacturing processes. Process provides superior component strength with extremely low weight. Each piece is then finished with UV-resistant clear-coat paint for resistance against various environmental conditions. Long-term care includes keeping clean and coating with a good-quality wax or synthetic protectant - just like your Corvette's exterior finish.
