Mounts to the side of the upper section of the 1997-2004 C5 Corvette's inner heater box. It is also known as the blend actuator, there are two required per car. This is a common failure on C5 Corvette's with dual mode AC/Heat will not work on one or both sides. The DTC that gets set for this actuator are any of the following: B0361, B0363, B0365, B0367, B0441 and B0446. Correct for 1997-2004 Corvette with automatic temperature control (CJ2 option). GM # 89018365.
