05-13 ACS Front Splitter Deflectors

Inspired by the C7 Z06 Corvette - now all 2005-2013 Corvette owners can upgrade their base model C6 Corvettes with these factory appearing ACS Zero6 front splitter and deflectors. The Zero6 front splitter improves downforce and includes functional brake cooling inlets to supply forced air to the original ductwork located in every C6 Corvette. Optional front wheel deflectors can be added for improved brake cooling while reducing brake dust on the side bodywork. Manufactured in RTM composite and primed in black to be painted. Also offered in Carbon Flash Black Metallic. A detailed instruction manual is included, installs using the supplied black anodized split rivets.

ACS's C6 Corvette front splitters and deflectors are manufactured using RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) technology, which creates an OEM quality Corvette part. Fiberglass is injected into a mold and then compressed under high pressure. This manufacturing method creates a panel that is smooth on both sides with a consistent thickness across the entire surface. The controlled fiberglass/resin composition of RTM, reduces cure times and eliminates the possibility of "wet" parts being removed from the mold prematurely. All of which is impossible with the standard hand laid process. Panels are then trimmed using a CNC robotic water jet for a clean, smooth cut on every part. The result is a better fitting panel, reducing body shop installation and fitment times.
