These C6 Corvette aluminum rocker panel and frame rail protectors are designed to protect your Corvette's rame rails and rocker panels from damage caused by jacking your C6 up or low areas in the road. They enable you to raise your 2005-2013 Corvette at any location along the aluminum frame rail without destroying the fiberglass rocker panel. Installs quickly with a drill and Phillip's bit.
To install the C6 Corvette rocker panel and frame rail protectors, you must first raise your Corvette high enough to be able to drill on the frame rail. Once you are satisfied with the area it covers, simply screw in the provided self tapping screws through our protector bar into your C6 Corvette's frame rail and installation is complete. Fits all 2005-2013 Corvettes including Z06, ZR1 and Grand Sport models.

Installation difficulty: 3
Our technicians have determined that the installation difficulty level of this item is a 3 on a scale of 1-5. Read more about our install ratings here.
Almost no effort. Either snap on or plug and play. Probably no tools involved.
Simple installation with common tools. Probably less than 20 minutes for installation. Easy enough for
anyone who can read and follow instructions. A good first project for someone with no experience. Hard
to mess up.
A little mechanical experience is helpful but not necessary. Possibly a good first project for those with
a little more confidence. Will probably take more time (20-60 minutes) than #2.
Mechanical experience a definite plus. Not a good first project for the inexperienced. Most likely a 2-3
hour job minimum.
Only for the experienced wrench. Most likely requires good tool collection, possibly special tools and
a fair amount of experience. 95% of people will choose to have this installed by Zip or a professional.
