56-60 Door Outer Skin Fiberglass (HL)
Replacement fiberglass panels are produced through a "hand laying" fiberglass process. Panels start with the spraying of gelcoat into a female mold, once cured, the lamination process begins with laying in of high-quality fiberglass matting and resin. The mat and resin are hand rolled to eliminate air pockets and ensure a uniform thickness of material. Each panel, once removed from the mold, is hand trimmed and ground to finish the product. Hand laid panels have a smooth exterior gelcoat surface and a rough fiberglass/resin underside.
Note: Hardware and trim not included. Paint to match.
