Correct reproduction 1956L-1957 Corvette oil dipstick. Cad plated flat steel dipstick handle with the stamped "M" logo. Includes correct "Add - Full" fill marks (embossed - debossed blade), heat treated blade, correct length handle, proper semitubular rivets, metal cap and gray felt seal for connection to oil dipstick tube.
Note: Some new reproduction dipsticks may fit very tightly into reproduction or original dipstick tubes - to create a smoother installation or removal of the oil dipstick simply "flatten" the retaining spring by depressing in a vice until the desired tightness is achieved.
