1963-1967 Corvette fuse block bulkhead connector is the connector that is mounted/attached to the back of the fuse block. It passes from the interior of the vehicle, through the firewall, to the engine compartment. The repair kit includes a new bulkhead connector, terminals, and firewall gasket. It does not include the fuse block.
Note: This is very difficult connector to replace on the back side of your fuse panel, especially if your old harness is still in your Corvette. There will be almost no slack (if any) in the wires going to your bulkhead connector. For this reason, we recommend that you do not cut-off your old terminals but instead, remove them from your old connector and pry-apart the terminal's core grip from the wires. This process will keep the wires as long as they were originally. Then, the new terminals must be properly re-crimped and spot-soldered.
Zip recommends the purchase a new mid-year Corvette dash harness, as the new main wiring harness with fuse block will include an installed bulk head connector and fuse block assembly.
