Tired of throwing a main drive serpentine belt on your C5 or C6 Corvette? Zip Corvette's new billet tensioner pulley is made from Billet T6061 Aluminum and then hard coat anodized unlike the plastic factory pulley. We have increased the outside height of the pulley so that under de-acceleration the belt will not come off the pulley. Pulley includes US Made Timken bearing and retainer. Made in USA.
Note: Designed for use with the 2005 and later belt tensioner - to install this pulley on the 1997-2004 Corvette - must replace the belt tensioner with the C6 Corvette version. Order Zip # M-3799 to complete installation on C5 Corvettes.
