The calipers start with a forged aluminum body.The factory cast iron caliper weighs 13.2 lbs, and ours is only 5.8 lbs.
They are fitted with stainless steel pistons and sealed by square-cut O-rings retained in the bore by a groove in the caliper body. The caliper also incorporates stainlessbridge wear plates with a spring-loaded bow shape to dampen pad vibration and harmonics.
Fits inside factory 1965-1982 steel wheels, 1963-1966 knock-off wheels or 1967 bolt-on wheels will require a spacer.
