Over time, the spinning distributor main shaft in your 1962-1974 Corvette wears the soft brass bushings in the tach drive distributor housing and begins to "wobble" - the likely culprit behind persistent drive gear problems. Fresh distributor main shaft bushings will have your distributor performing like new. Includes new lower bushing; fits all 1962-1974 Corvettes with factory tach drive distributor. Bushing must be pressed in to the distributor housing and line bored for correct tolerances.
