Upgrade your 1963-1982 Corvette with a composite rear spring. Zip's Corvette fiberglass rear spring will improve both ride and performance while reducing unsprung rear weight (weighing only 8lbs).

Composite materials provide a more comfortable ride due to their ability to absorb vibrations and impacts more effectively. Resistant to corrosion, these will last longer with reduced fatigue and wear. Composite springs are significantly lighter than steel springs reducing the overall weight which improves performance, handling, and fuel efficiency. In addition, reduced weight and increased stiffness improves handling making your Corvette easier to control at high speeds and in performance driving situations.

Fine-tune the ride height of your Corvette to your desired specifications with the 8" spring adjustment bolt kit. This can be particularly useful if you are using different wheel and tire combinations or have made other modifications to your Corvette's suspension.

Available in your choice of 300lb, 330lb or 360lb applications. 300lb are designed to emulate standard suspension (9 leaf) equipped Corvettes. 330lb applications will be similar to heavy-duty suspension Corvettes, perfect for 1963-1982 Corvettes small blocks for increased performance and handling. 355lb fiberglass rear springs are designed for big blocks and performance applications providing superior ride and better handling than factory 7-leaf rear spring. Use in combination with heavy duty coil springs for autocross events.

Note: Composite springs are 1/2" shorter than factory steel springs. Designed for additional tire clearance. Can be used in all factory set-ups. Available with heat shield for protection in high-heat applications.
