Note: LED electronic flashers include an adapter to reverse the polarity if required. When using the flasher, Corvettes will not require this adapter. Please remove prior to installation.
Not a fix-all for 77Review by Mike T Reviewed on 8/10/2018
I have a 77 in which I replaced all outside and inside bulbs with LED. Naturally, this made the dash flasher arrows stay on steady whether or not it was in use. I first tested all grounds. Good. Then I found these after trying a few others. First thing - these come with the reverse polarity. For 77, I needed the reverse on the passenger module, but normal for the hazard. I grounded to bird cage. End result was that it solved SOME but not all LED issues . I still had to have front running light/flashers and front markers be incandescent to create enough resistance. I mainly had issues with the headlights on...likely because they are also LED and draw less. Overall....the flashers click and work.

When I first connected the flasher and the ground wire no lights worked at all when all worked before. It was then I began to pull my hair out. Since I verified ground was good I started digging into wiring, fixing a couple things. With everything I'd read about LED conversions I began to wonder about the polarity adapter but question ed using it since description stated corvettes won't use it. In forums other had success using it. Looked at the paperwork that came with flasher and realized my car is reversed. Long story short don't let the description about not needing mislead you.
